Meet Brittany Kempf, Occupational Therapist

Brittany joined Waypoint so she could continue to fulfill her passion in working with children to help them make life more meaningful.

Brittany graduated from Bellarmine University earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Psychology. She continued her education at Spalding University to receive a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Early in her career, she discovered her passion for working with the pediatric population. Since then, she has gained valuable experience in both outpatient clinic settings and school-based environments.

Brittany is dedicated to partnering with families to support their child’s physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and sensory development—helping each child thrive and live life to the fullest. She finds joy in fostering independence in daily activities and encouraging children to perform at their highest potential. She also brings specialized experience in non-traditional therapeutic approaches, including hippotherapy and aquatic therapy.

Brittany lives in Louisville with her husband, their sweet little boy, and friendly Goldendoodle named Louie. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, catching up with friends, cheering on her favorite teams, discovering new local restaurants, and spending time outdoors exploring.
